Shipping Coverage & Costs

Free Shipping: We provide complimentary shipping on all orders to most locations across Canada.
Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to the following locations:
•    Territories: Yukon (YT), Northwest Territories (NT), Nunavut (NU)
•    Rural postal codes: A0K, A0P, A0Q, A0R, and X0A-Y9Z

Delivery Timeframes

After your order ships, you can expect delivery within:
•    Ontario residents: 2-4 business days
•    Other Canadian provinces: 2-9 business days
All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment verification (excluding weekends and holidays).

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours after your order ships. 
If your package hasn't arrived within 9 business days after payment confirmation, please contact us immediately.

Delivery Details

Delivery Address: We only deliver to verified physical addresses. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Signature Requirements: Most deliveries do not require a signature. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave your package at your front door.
Missed Deliveries: Carriers will attempt delivery up to three times. If you miss all delivery attempts, you'll need to pick up your package from the carrier's local facility before it's returned to our warehouse.
Contact Information: A valid telephone number is required for all deliveries to facilitate communication regarding your shipment.

Shipping Carriers

Home Eclectic utilizes reputable shipping partners including FedEx, Canpar, UPS, and Day & Ross to ensure reliable delivery of your orders.

Damaged Shipments

If your package appears damaged upon delivery:
1.    Write "Package Damaged" when signing for the delivery
2.    Contact us immediately at contact@homeclectic.com with photos of the damage
3.    Retain all packaging materials and boxes until the claim is resolved
Please note that we must process damage claims through our shipping partners. While we are committed to resolving these issues promptly, we are not directly liable for loss, theft, or damages that occur during transit.
