At Home Eclectic, we are committed to making your purchasing experience as simple as possible with our easy returns program.
RETURN POLICY
All purchases may be returned for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be in their original packaging, along with all accessories included in the original shipment.
- You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process:
To start a return, contact us at contact@homeclectic.com. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, and any shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We may require pictures or videos of defective/damaged items to issue a full refund.
Shipping Costs:
- Returns due to defective or damaged products will incur no fees, and shipping will be covered by us.
- For other returns, customers will bear the return shipping costs. If you choose to provide the shipping, a tracking number must be provided to us and confirmed delivered to our warehouse to complete the transaction.
- If you would like us to collect the item(s), contact our customer service to arrange a collection (applicable only for items with the longest side <100 inches, perimeter <150 inches, and weight <140 pounds). A collection charge will be deducted from your refund. We will provide an exact quote for the collection charge when arranging pickup. Please note that it is at our discretion to decide if the item may be returned via collection.
Refunds:
- Please allow 2–5 business days for the refund to issue once the item has been returned, or we have stated your pictures are counting as your return.
- If a replacement unit or replacement parts are requested, please be aware that the fulfillment time frame is based on product availability and alternatives may be offered.
WARRANTY POLICY
Unless otherwise stated on the product description, all products have a one-year warranty that begins on the date of purchase. If the listing does not contain any warranty information, then we do not offer any warranty for that particular product.
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in new products purchased from Home Eclectic. Please be aware all accessories and bonus gifts are not covered by warranty (e.g., batteries, cables, carry bags, etc.).
This warranty does not cover problems caused by:
- Misuse of the product, including commercial use, accidents, abuse, neglect, heat and humidity
- Modification or any misuse contrary to the intended uses of the product
- Damage caused by other equipment
- Consequential or incidental damages or any costs related to construction, setup, and assembly
- Normal wear and tear
How to Submit a Warranty Claim:
To request warranty service, contact us directly at contact@homeclectic.com with a detailed description and digital pictures of the defective product as proof of damage. Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period. Your identity and order information will be verified before processing any warranty claim.
Additional Warranty Terms:
- The warranty applies only to the original product and is not extended for replacements.
- Warranty is not transferable. Any warranty claims must come directly from the original buyer.
